AntiAliasing - Quality Fix !

Good advice: don`t use FXAA ingame or FXAA injector if you`re looking for quality. It`s bad and jaggie in terms of graphics.

Better solution:
- install Nvidia Inspector software(for nVidia users)
- select AA compatibility 0.000000C1 (Type it if you can`t see it on the list)
- activate AA in Nv.Inspector.
- Choose AA settings (IMPORTANT !): 2x Multisampling + 2x Sparse Grid Supersampling
(High-End machines can use 4x settings)

You will notice the difference at once, completely jaggies-free. It may be a performance hit for low-end machines however.
Besides, you may use this fix for any other UE 3 game, it works like a charm.

It's really too bad Unreal Engine is only optimized for nVidia cards. Not saying against nVidia (just about every other computer in my house has one, with the exception of my primary gaming rig) but that's like the only game engine I know of where it was almost literally designed from the ground up to work best with just one type of GPU brand. Just about any other game works flawlessly on my AMD cards forced-AA.

Actually, after having the revelation of knowing that TERA only uses Bloom and not HDR (though I hope I'm wrong in this), force-AA on it with my AMD cards works fine. I dont' see any jaggies or anything that people speak of, with the exception of character names I see on-screen.

Ya, you know, I appreciate that you posted this to try and help others. However, this isn't a good idea for most people at all. Supersampling is "true" AA, yes, but the problem is it literally renders a screen resolution that is like 2x+ what you're viewing. It is a huge performance hog and it shows. If you have an Nvidia card, you're far better off running 32x CSAA or even 16xQ CSAA. The visual will be just as good but performance will be way higher.

Dude, it will not be a hog if you`re running at least 560 Ti card or higher. So it is a good idea to use it, since I`m running with these settings Mass effect 3 and TERA with 50-60+ FPS most of the time.
32/16x CSAA is worse than Supersampling quality wise. Try it and see the difference. :|)
