Why do you waste your time posting? I hardly ever post here myself, so I'm not sure why you're jumping to the conclusion that I'm trying to tell them what to do. Other players however have posted some great ideas, and others have posted very valid concerns about the issues the game has.

Considering this is an MMO and you pay a subscription fee, it's generally helpful if the developers post their plans so the paying players can decide if they like the direction the game is heading or not. I personally don't see myself playing this game more than a month, maybe two unless a few things are changed. With most games I can browse their forums and read up on the changes that are planned, on this forum I get people like you who contribute nothing and waste everyone's time.


I agree with OP, contribute or get out the dam forums.

Dude, how do you survive in real life being THIS self-entitled? They just launched, and have been swamped with account errors. They already have mentioned what updates are coming down the road in a few weeks/months, they immediately update their Facebook with any issues that arise.
They don't have to reply do every damn whiner thread on the forums. They have someone take notes and bring it up in meetings and emails. That is how game design works. Features must be implemented in milestones, not just "whenever someone mentions something". Changes must be discussed on a overall basis of how it can affect the game, and what implications it could have to existing features, and what tech/art/design needs this will create. So stop crying over something you know nothing of.

You know you people should think before you post your venom, If you rented an apartment and it had problems your going to complain to the owner to fix them, Tera is my apartment and somethings need to be fixed, it's only good management to be reassure that your concerns are heard. Stop picking on the OP, ya jerk. also if things don't get fix you move enough said.

I'm sorry coldforge but after two Forum GM posts and this debate is still going on just shows they you pay no heed. Knoxxer even stated that they read them, take notes, and spread the notes out. Just cause they don't post in every thred "We heard ya" doesn't mean they aren't listening.

Here's a more apt analogy. We're like roommates, and you want to change the curtains purple. I pay rent also but I like the curtains the way that they are, and most of our other roommates like them the way they are, too.

EME staff read the forums, but imagine being in their position that the more they try to answer threads, the more they encourage people to make ridiculous demand threads involving threats and all kinds of drama ("I have to go tell everyone that this game is terrible because I don't like the infamy system wah wah").

As far as bugs/glitches/TECHNICAL issues, there's a support forum, and I'm sure they know all about those and are working on them.

Most people who have an idea they want heard pitch it like an al Qaeda hostage video.

People want to know WHY we can't have BOTH textures according to OUR choice. That is what EME has to answer. Nobody is asking EME to put original textures in front of Tera players that do not want them. We are asking that they are handed to us who do want them.

In short. For you, nothing changes, for us, the game gets better. Win-Win. And what we want to hear is EME explaining why Win-Win is negative for business. Can you earn too much profit?

They gave you their answer, they don't need to justify it.

Their answer is that the "original skins" will not be implemented or supported in NA Tera.

That would include having an "option".

What part of that do you not understand? Is it the justification you want? If so, call customer support and ask and see what they tell you.

If you don't like the apartment, you shouldn't have bought it in the first place. It's called being intelligent. You should try it.

Less justification and more explanation.

If a profitable deal is presented to EME, I want to hear why they refuse it. Without explanation, they come off as retards, and I don't want to be close to a company run by retards. However, a company that can clearly explain a logical reason for not wanting to increase sales, will at worst be seen as a company with another opinion.

In short, I see it as a warning sign when a company can't explain their actions, when they get massive criticism for their actions. And I'm not the only one, there are hundreds other that think twice after seeing the Elin threads being completely ignored.
