I am. I'm leveling alts, taking it real slow, and my highest is still only 57.
I'm in no rush to hit endgame, and I'm hoping against hope that before I start even TRYING the endgame that EME will fix the whole thing.
I love Tera. I love this combat system so much I want to take it behind the bleachers and make sweet love to it, but I bid RNG progression farewell when I left Aion.
I'm sorry, but I just can't get behind a system where the best Tera player in the world and the worst Tera player in the world have the same chance of success. That's like video game communism. There, I said it: Tera's enchanting is communism.
So I'm waiting and hoping that EME will surprise us with a revised enchanting system and some improved endgame systems. I have a few friends who are waiting to hear what endgame is like and I'm afraid to tell them.
Again, love the combat in this game to death, but the "Too bad, roll the dice again!" progression method just doesn't appeal to me.
PS. How to fix enchanting:
-Have endgame dungeons/level 60 world BAMs drop soulbound tokens (like the ones already in the game).
-Let players spend X tokens and X,000 gold on guaranteed alkahest powders (also soulbound) that guaranteed an enchant.
After all, is it better to have players...
A) Finish all of the content and max out their gear, causing them to quit until more content is added?
or
B) Get fed up with the RNG enchanting system, causing them to quit the game, vowing never to return?
