I got the codes, but can't get any of my friends to come try it out. (They are all Playing WoW, SWToR or FPS games. :( )

Seriously there are enough [filtered] people in game already. your friend had 6 chances to try the game already and one of them let EVERYONE in. So at this point tell your friend to just buy the damn game or watch you play

Sanova - whilst I understand your frustration these codes were sent to be used, they have a limited life. People will use them reguardless of the somewhat insulting image you keep posting.
People may not have 6 chances to play as you are assuming people even knew about the game when it first started. They may not have. I certainly did not, I only firest heard about the game a short time ago (via a web comic I read). I checked with my friends none of them had heard of it either.
None of my firends live at my house either, they have there own families to attend to so how could they watch me play?
I find the buddy codes as a good idea, many people want to try before they buy, my only complaint is they should have sent them out earlier so that you could better warn friends. (None of my friends could use a code as they had made other plans, hence why i'm giving them out)

I'm not even eating up your queues (aside from the fact I will be playing PvE) my install corrupted so I am having to reinstall the entire game - 10 hours worth of downloading ahead of me today. >_<

TBH IDGAF. as for chances to try it out yes you and your friends had 6 chances to try it out. Sucks that you didnt hear about it, but those chances still existed. Between last weekend and what 2 months ago there was a BETA event every other weekend that gave out thousands of keys to anyone that wanted one and there were people that even grabbed them just to hand out on the forums.
IDK how old you are, but at any age you ca n invite friends over and show them the game. As for the codes. yes they're a good idea when they're not given out the same day every PAYING customer is trying play. I'm happy you and your friends want to potentially play, but I actually paid for this game so you guys need to wait your damn turn. TBH EME and TERA are the first game/company i've ever heard of that gave trial/buddy/friend codes out before month 2 of the game.
so yeah if you find my image offensive feel free to GTFO I stand by it because I'm sitting at 1184 in queue with over an hour to go and I don't need more people trying to play making queues even bigger especially when they're not even paying customers. So yeah...

You do have a point I supose they could have released the buddy codes later.
I supose I was looking at it as the marketing tool that it is, get the paying people (which i am one) to pull in more people and have the want of them leveling together turn them into more paying people. A week or 2 would have still been close enough to help each other level, without flooding the servers.
Still be slightly relaxed in the fact that if they don't have a code already, they'll be logging in for the first time, so having to do the inital patch, which takes over 10 hours (depending on connection). So anyone new won't even be logging in for quite awhile.
As for my friends, true i could invite them over, but as i mentioned before, given the short notice the codes arrived they already had other plans. (Hmm, another reason for a delayed use of the codes)
Like me :( Dang my computer crashing and me having to re-install the entire game.
