There are lots of people with Sub problems. Now, I am curious if anyone is getting it resolved? What did you do or who did you contact?

Get in contact with support, they'll give you 3 days credit which will let you back into the game.
Great, been waiting in Live Chat queue for an hour, so there is hope lol.

A 3-day credit would be nice but on the other hand, with all this insanity going on I think I'm about to be double billed...

I subscribed 3 months recurring when I purchased the game. Today it told me my subscription has expired.
I tried to resubscribe. My shopping cart had subtotal zero but it still told me thanks bla bla bla transaction processed.
Then it said subscription being set up
Still my account is flagged as expired!
This is starting to get silly.
Look, most people here have accounts in at lest one other game than this one!
Please don't drive us away.

I'm not the kind of person who likes to troll or flame, but this is really getting to be ridiculous.
I was a pre-order who played the game from early on. I have never had the chance to change my billing cycle. I really like the game and want to continue to play it. I've never seen where it's so hard to give a company money.
Under the manage subscription, there is no option to change your billing cycle. Maybe you can if you cancel and re-subscribe but with all the problems people have been having I'm afraid to try that option.
I've played a lot of MMOs and I've never seen this kind of screwup on a core area... subscriptions keep a game alive... this has really should have priority and if your current team can't fix it..then get someone who can!
