Stop complaining, the Name Reservation Event was a first come first serve event.
If you couldn't be on then that was your own problem.
I had a friend create an Aman Female Berzerker, with all the customization features I wanted, on the server I wanted with the name I wanted because I had work that day.

Had I been able to be on at 2pm NZST I would have done it myself, but I couldn't so I thought ahead and had the friends I'm playing with do it for me... Maybe you should have done the same.

LMAO I love all the haters. To address some of your concerns I was not whining I was simply asking the question. Also I paid for the game in full cause I prepurchased thru enmasse. Lastly it wasn't a bonus it was something paid for due to it being a prepurchase. I understand the need to balance servers but I will not play on a server where my friends and guild are not. As to the increase, I am sure they will increase it for launch. But are they going to increase it for all the events prior is what remains to be seen. Asking for knowledge on a company's return policy is by no means whining and I only asked cause they do not address it themselves in any of their FAQs.

The early name reservation was a BONUS. Plus you'll get to play on that server once the open beta test rolls around. For the time being they just aren't allowing anymore name reservations on that server in an attempt to balance out the population.

You're right to say you essentially paid for the early character customization and name reservation. However, you're wrong in the assumption you should get it on any server of your choosing, regardless of how full that server is. Obviously, it was not stated by EnMasse, or anyone else, that you would be able to get the same server as your friends.

Sadly, I do not believe you have just cause to ask for a refund, as EnMasse has actually provided everything they promised you. That being said, I urge you to reconsider contacting EnMasse about a refund, as they are undeniably too nice to turn your wishes away.

EDIT: Just so you know, like someone has previously stated, EnMasse has said in an announcement that they plan on increasing the cap, so more can get in, today at 12 PST and another time (can't remember off the top of my head) later this week, which is before any OBT/head start/official launch.
