@OP- Attack people within 6 levels of your own and you will be fine. Gank lowbies and take the consequences.

BG = kills world pvp

Zergs kill world pvp. If zerging wasn't so bad people wouldn't run to BG's in the first place.

What does this even have to do with anything he's said?

Because the outlaw flag is on a short timer unless you gank lowbies.

right now "pvp" is an enourmous multi guild zerg of unflagged people (that are there TO PVP) talking trash to a small party of flagged people that have been forced into a safe zone (once again there TO PVP)

The outlaw timer would be finished long before any "trash talk" could really develop (unless they had been ganking lowbies). Also as the OP says-there are safe zones.

The OP also ignores the advantage of surprise in the current system. Outlaws have the ability to initially open on a target under their own terms, which should ensure a win in itself.

Considering the short outlaw timer, I see much of the OP's concerns as similar to complaints about being ganked while leveling, and the same answers can be given: always group, be careful of your surrounds, change channels, etc.

Overall, the impression I got from the OP's post was that he was complaining because he had ganked lowbies and got stuck in outlaw mode; given the standard short outlaw timer and some fore-thought about when/where to attack someone I think most of the problems he talks about are avoidable.

His point about grouping is a good one-I thought the grouping system in WAR was much better and that system would solve many the issues he brought up.

Hardcore server red all around would eliminate all this because its either this person is in your guild or your friendlist all else is food for the table

and for the ganker killing the lowbies make it so they cant go into to town to buy items or gear for a period of time or til they kill certain things there level........and if u ask me it should be a Outlaw Bulletin board in game for gankers killing lowbies and they should get a RANDOM quest to either kill a certain amount of players there level or a certain amount of mobs there level.. NOT THERE CHOICE you did the crime now do the time!!..kinda like Aions Daily quest for pvp or something like that which makes them think even harder about killing lowbies because a weak ganker doesnt want to risk losing nothing when they can kill mobs and avoid killing players there level kinda like a luck of the draw.

The issues he brought up arent issues. This is the community moderation that the game developers are talking about. Self policing. If you don't want to get "zerged by carebears" don't go killing people lower level than you so you get stuck with that red name. Simple as that. Crying about being ganked after you ganked somebody is just stupid.

I dont call that hardcore as the pvp loses its risk and it becomes mindless.

Perfect example of the average post in this topic and i'm wondering what it is you read that made you think the op was crying about getting ganked. The problem is none of you are serious pvpers and these posts show it.

News flash! not everyone who flags does so to kill lowbies. We flag so we can actually PVP PEOPLE OUR LVL. Problem is most of you are the same type of people the op is talking about. You sit in safe zone while we're flagged outside waiting for people to man up and fight us. You can't man up unless you see 8v5 in favor of the zerg then your balls drop and you're ready to go now that the only people with the balls to flag and fight are greatly out numbered.

Without people like us who actually want nice pvp you would all be sitting in safe zone bored because none of you will flag. I have to wonder why these people are on a pvp server in first place

I get what OP is saying and i fully agree with him. This has nothing to do with killing lowbies so the people that are using that in their statment are just RAtards (hangover reference). Let me see if i can clear things up a bit for the people not understanding.

For one we can agree that we are on a pvp server, because we like OWPvP. But it doesn't work like that here, you have group A that wants to PvP so they have to activate Outlaw mode to engage other players. Now they come across Group B who is also outlaws and they decied they want to team up to fight a zerg guild coming. The only problem here is that they can't really team up.

While the zerg guild can not be flag for PvP and easily steam roll them. So what could of been a good fight that could have been 10vsxx was turn'd into 5vs5vsxx. On top of that anyone else that comes by can just join. Which is fine but its one sided instead of making it where passerby's can take on anyone they are only taking on the outlaws.

Now I already know what most of you are going to say they choose to be Outlaws. Well you also choose to be on a PvP server to do what OWPvP. So why not flag yourself then, to me the carebears are the ones who aren't flag for pvp yet run around (guilds only) and take any outlaw out. Why not flag yourself for PvP and take on everyone instead of just a select few.
