Eggs can drop all sorts of cosmetics, from the class weapon skins to the night mare mount.

You can get a version that looks just like the black glasses, but they are red. They're called Ruby Rims. I have not heard of anyone getting the black ones from an egg. I've also not heard of any other hat type items dropping. Just the store weapon skins, and the Night Mare mount.

As of yet I don't know of anyone on Dragon Fall (after a day and a half) to have gotten anything higher than Ruby Rims.

Considering the mount is 25 bucks I had no illusion from the start that the chance to get one is probably less than 0.1%.
Anyone who thinks EmE would flood people with the mounts doesn't take into account they want to make money with the horse.
There will be very few winners of them.
