You can transfer characters from one server to another ; vote on both servers, and transfer back and be able to vote again.
This is a trash way to get votes, and have been widely used by exploiters already.
You should fix this IMMEDIATELY Bluehole, so people will stop playing the system and cheating their way into office.

Rite, focus transferred just to check out VoT PvP scene, but if they found an exploit in the process, neat.

But you should be providing proof because at this point anyone could just assume you are making things up due to losing. :o

Now that everyone knows, it will be fixed faster than a ticket instead of a FEW GUILDS exploiting it the hardest.

you can only transfer 1 time every 24 hours. kind of hard to abuse, especially if you have to leave your guild to do it

You can only vote once per server per account. How would transferring a character allow you to vote again when the vote is tied to your account and not a single character?

You can also do 20 dailies per day this way, lol.
