I pre-ordered last week. When will I receive the CB2 information? The site does not specify.

If you pre-ordered from the EME site, there is no information that will be sent to you, as it's already set-up. (You can check this in your account.)

If you pre-ordered from a brick-and-mortar store, I'm not sure what the status is, though there's a lot of information on the front page about GameStop, Amazon, etc.

you won't. you should have the option now to download the installer. you will be in the beta automatically, no need to enter a code or anything.

Where did you preorder from?

If it was from EME, then you don't need to do anything, as your account is already flagged.
If you preordered from another retailer, you will need to get the preorder key from that retailer and attach it to your TERA account manually to be flagged for all the preorder perks.

You will automatically be able to participate. If you downloaded game and launcher you will just need to log in Friday at 2:00 central time.

If you pre-ordered from En Masse, they have already activated your account and given it access to all the betas.

If you can download the client, you're good to go.
