Okay, i have purchased the Nightmare mount & i did read that i was suppose to wait for an email to confirm my purchase but its been 30mins now & i dont know if i have purchased it correctly & dont know if i'll ever even recieve my mount, So i was just wondering , does this normally happen? Do i need to wait a little longer? is there a way i can see a Purchase History so i wont have to repurchase & waste another 25$ on a already bought item?

The mount should appear in your item claim quite quick - once you entirely close your game and restart it. When I purchased mine I just went to the char selection screen and it didn't appear on my item claim, but then I closed the entire client and restarted it and it was there.

Do that, and if it still hasn't shown up check if your credit card/paypal account has been charged. Also livesupport is very helpful.

Have you tried to see if you are able to access the mount from the activities menu in-game?

If you can no need to worry, if not maybe send Enmasse an e-mail with a screen dump of your e-receipt and I am sure they will fix it up for you!

hmm alright. I will try, & i have tried closing my client completely & still nothing has shown in my Item claim. But i am positive that i did purchase it since it did say "Thank you for your Purchase, an email will be sent shortly with your purchase " & stuff , but i'll see if my money on the CC has been subtracted

You do not have to close the game. The customer support ask you to do that just like they tell people to restart their computers.

After purchase (at least for me), it should show up in item claim almost immediately.

It should be under Activities -> Item Claim

then in the "Account item" Tab.

You can just contact support they can check all your transaction histories.

Everything else I purchased showed up without a client restart. The horse for me for some reason, I had to restart the client.

Apparently some people DO have to close their clients for it to show up, I certainly had to, my mount refused to show up.
Also, I am not from costumer support but I still tell people to do it, since obviously hers/his hasn't shown up yet.

I had to restart he client and i had the same issue and it ended up being my card didnt got through contact support just to make sure but chances are your card didnt go through.

No worries people,i have contacted Live Support, & th e GM told me last night that it takes up to 5 hours to 12 hors to finish process. I did end up recieving my mount when i woke up this morning. So thank you or those who replied in suggestion in fixing my situation.

Mine didn't show up right away. But closing out everything, then restarting, had ti finally show up.
