After character creation? Hair style, color, etc?

Just curious. I don't like to be locked in to a style, but if I have to I want to make sure.

Currently, there is no in-game barbershop ala WoW implemented in TERA (and no info on plans for the near future). The only way to modify appearance post-creation is to purchase a premium appearance change service for $10.
