Can't stop automatic billing?

Whenever I try to click stop automatic billing in my account page it doesn't work. Once I click accept it just returns me to the previous page and it still says automatic renewal. Anyone else have this problem?

You click on it once, then go click on the account again and go enter the subscription page. It will show the status is cancel. Refreshing the page does not help. Have to go thru the entire process again to see it.

That doesn't work either Shout and if you click the support link there's a post regarding changing your subscription that states that at this time we are unable to change our sub. I even went so far as to ask a GM in game about the issue and he stated that at this time the cancellation feature does not work on the website but they are working to implement a fix asap. Just be patient for now but keep checking back to the forums for info. If you get within a week or so of the auto resub time and you need to then call their support line and do it that way.

I'm talking about auto-matic recurring billing. Not the subscription plan. Well, that the process I did anyway last week and it show up canceled.

You can't change the subscription plan or cancel billing yet on your own:

Technically... you can cancel the sub plan if you used paypal.

All you do is cancel the billing agreement and you're all good.

Even though I am still in the free 30 day period and had initially (optimistically) subscribed for one of the extended plans when I purchased the game, I was able to "Stop Automatic Renewal" as of May 16th.

I switched it to "Manual" renewal, which immediately prompted a direct email from En Masse stating:

"This email is to confirm that we have stopped automatic billing for your subscription. Your subscription will continue to be active until the expiration date listed below.

At that time, you will have to manually renew or your subscription will be cancelled."

The account is still active until the expiration date stated in the email, fortunately before I was ever billed a subscription fee, but it should be cancelled when I do not manually renew it.

Would not switching to "Manual" renewal end automatic billing and cancel the subscription if we don't renew as of the expiration date, as was stated in their email?
