Can't turn off automatic billing

I've put in a ticket 4 days ago and still they have not turned off automatic billing. What kind of business practices are being ran here? Nobody has answered my ticket begging for them to turn off automatic billing (I don't want them to bill my account) If I plan to play this game I will purchase game cards.

Anyone else having this issue? I have gotten a group of people already complaining about the same things.

I see an option there under 'manage subscription'. Does it not work?

LOL! You can't turn yours off and I can't seem to turn mine on. . . Plus my subscription likes to go *poof* from time to time. . . ENMASSE's reply "Wait until we fix the system, we have no ETA on fix however".

/facepalm.

I'm having the same problem too.

I had to use a CC to activate my 30 day free trial, which seems strange since my account says I have a 'FREE Trial'. I should be allowed to decide whether I wish to further spend money and time playing Tera without being pre-charged before then.

Taking the advise given here I went ahead and tried to cancel my subscription, but when I go into my Account page and click on the "Stop Automatic Billing" link the java window opens where I chose 'Agreed' to stop automatic Billing, but when it closes my account still reads "Renewal Type: Automatic Billing Cycle: Monthly

I wanted to buy Time Cards, but now if this doesn't work I will have to ask my cc company to help stop any payments out to EM. This should be fixed fast or I will not bother buying Time Cards for Tera.

I f i'm charged i'll just have it reversed at the bank, but I shouldn't have to do that. I'm really disappointed with this games overall lack of polish and finalization considering its been out almost a year and a half already in Korea.

I mean these are HUGE things that shouldn't go wrong when you launch a game.

I'm just glad we have a whole month to decide whether or not to continue paying to play this game.

So far my verdict is: No

Especially with D3 right around the corner

I had the same issue. But after a bunch of tries it eventually changed it to manual.
