I submittied a ticket. The reply was dated on the 5th, I didn't get to read it until the 9th. I think there is something messed in the ticket system.

well there's 2 weeks left in this month. You have some time, not a lot but some. Check it daily. I agree this seems frustrating, but if you on your computer once a day its not hard to check in and see if it gets fixed. I am relying on faith and faith alone that EME isn't going to try and screw hundreds of players out of their own money.

Patience is a virtue. No one has been charged "yet", so stay calm and keep your eyes on the webpage for updates.

If/when EME gets this fixed and you still get charged than you have a true right to complain, or blame yourself for not keeping up to date with your own responsibilities. That's not to say EME has an excuse to charge your account freely, but it is your account and it is yours to take care of.

:P I'm sorry people don't have the same opinions as you, but yes I was but I am no longer interested or captivated with the games combat/design.

I had the same issue. But after a bunch of tries it eventually changed it to manual.


HOW? IVE BEEN DOING SO FOR OVER 1N HOUR over 100 clicks and tries, and still nothing.

I liked how they called ReiKoji's thread a "goodbye thread".

Some people just don't want auto-renewal on, I like paying month by month.

Anyway, if you can't stop automatic billing no matter how much you try, just ask customer support to do it.
