So a couple of hours ago, I spoke with a GM and asked them if there would be any character remodelers or character customization tickets where you can change the appearance of your character without starting from level 1.

They told me there were no plans for such a thing.

Now, I've heard other people saying that there will be character remodelers as well as name remodelers, and that it's been stated on Tera's twitter. Also that things like that are available in KTera.

Can I get a confirmation on this from a GM that knows whats going on?
I'd really hate to have to delete my level 40 character if I know there will be a way to change appearances in the future. Thanks

Strange there was a GM on my server who said that he could do it yet he never did go into further detail.

These things exist, and are given out if you request one from support, due to the additional hair color changes that were added.

I'm sure they will be in-game once TERA goes F2P too.

I'm pretty sure there's a developer post floating around here (or on Twitter) indicating that changes for things such as appearance are on the "to do" list. It was fairly recent too, less than a month old if I'm remembering correctly.

If that's the case they need to equip their support team with more information. Waiting hours to get an inaccurate reply does not look good for them.
