Update:

When you check your parcel, there will be 2 extra parcels per one legitimate one. These are duplicate parcels that are not claimable. Once you claim one parcel, you may safely delete the other duplicates.

Hello everyone,

We will be restarting the servers at 2:15 p.m. PST today to push out a fix for yesterday's swimsuit bug: Server Restart from 2:15 - 2:45 p.m. PST

During the restart, we will be addressing a bug that prevented the players with elin swimsuits from logging into TERA. The temporarily removed swimsuits will be returned to you after this restart.

If you had the elin swimsuit equipped or in your inventory, it will be returned in a parcel.

If you had the elin swimsuit stored in your bank, it will be placed in the "temporary bank" tab.

If you had the elin swimsuit removed by our Support team, they will replace them. (Don't worry, we've got you too!)

Yes they broke something again. I dont even have an elin and my mail is all messed up now. It told me I had 18 parcels, the parcels show items in them. Some it will let me take out some seem to be duplicates and it tells me unable to move item right now.

My husbands is saying he has 81 parcels! He doesnt even have an elin either. His mail seems to be coming in duplicates of 3 as well.

Maybe it is related to me having a GM removing my elin swimsuits before the server wide action, i did not receive the swimsuits in parcel.

Oops just read the OP in more detail :) I guess I'll wait for Support.

Hey Everyone.

The process of delivering the Elin back their swimsuits seems to have caused a kerfuffle with the parcel system. Parcels received from the system seem to have been triplicated in your box. HOWEVER, as all things too good to be true, you are not actually getting 3 versions of each item.

Any parcels that were never claimed before, can be claimed once. It may look like you can claim the others, but you can't. Please consult this FAQ for more details.

If you have not gotten the swimsuit back that was taken away, and it is neither in the parcel or in the temporary bank, please contact support.
