We are working diligently to resolve the delay of game codes being applied to accounts after purchasing TERA. However, we want to make sure everyone who has pre-ordered TERA in the last 24 hours is able to participate in this weekend's second closed beta test.
To address this, we are sending out emails with game codes to the folks who are affected by this issue. If you have purchased TERA from the En Masse store but could not see the download link in your account, please apply the code from the email. You should receive the email before 12PM PST today and this code will give you access to download the client and play in the second closed beta test. Once this issue is resolved, you will be sent a new code to update the account. You will keep the characters you played this weekend as the automatic conversion to pre-order status kicks in.
