Chronoscroll false advertisement & infomation?

"Chronoscrolls are purchased and added to your inventory. When used, they EXTEND your subscription by 30 days. They can’t be traded amongst players or sold to vendors, but you can sell them through the trade broker."

The FAQ is also false.

"I already have a subscription. If I use the chronoscroll, will it extend my play expiration date or reset it?

It will immediately add 30 days to your expiration date. It will not reset it."

My original sub expires July 7th. I won't be in town for the next few days to play or to activate the scroll on the date of expiration. So I decided to activate it now, since it suppose to add 30 days onto my account from the expiration date.

Now it say my account will expire July 31st, instead of August 6th. In otherwords, the scroll only added 24 days onto my account.

Why wouldn't you contact support? It's obviously not working as intended, and only extends to the end of the current month, instead of crediting a full month.
You should definitely post about it on the forums where no one can help you.

I made this thread to let others be aware of this issue.

You should definitely think about why the person made such a thread first, instead of having such a narrowed minded view of understanding things.

You fail. This is extremely useful information for both buyers and sellers of chronoscrolls. If for no other reason than players can choose to defer to use or buy the chronoscrolls until the bug is fixed.

If you have nothing constructive to add, and especially make completely incorrect assumptions, do not post.

I keep my fingers crossed that you can get your sub fixed, OP. Hopefully this was just a one-time glitch thing, but if not, I hope it's an easy fix!

I thought it was stated before that the Character Screen sub end date is bugged and doesn't show the proper date but the Account page on EME's website does reflect the correct sub date.

Ex:
Char screen may show July 31st
Account screen will show August 7th
Sub renewal time applies to the Account screen date

I have heard the same from people who have used the scroll. The char screen time is bugged, but it shows the correct time in the account management.

Same happened to me. But instead of contacting support right away I decide to wait one day. Surprise, It was fine next day.
