Exploity vanarchs might use their position to up taxes to the max and deny services while perpetuating theirselves on power via the exploits that got them there in the first place.
While I don't claim to be an expert on vanarchy economics, they might end up making a very nice profit of gold that could then be used to destabilize the economy or buy assets that other guilds can't, not because they weren't as clever or as hardworking, but because they didn't cheat.
So it does affect our gameplay, but only if we decide to go to those provinces.

And because there are no alternate levelling paths, we WILL.

Why not just make vanarch GVG function so that if your a vanarch and GvG another vanarch of the same continent you could take over the province (If it is higher ranking).

That way the #1 spot could be stripped. This helps a little bit with the voting issues because the other people who didn't get the top area could just GvG and defeat the higher ranked guild for their area.
Just make it a special GvG vanarch declaration item that is buyable and doesn't count against the other GvGs you can have going.

The lack of thought process put into this is startling, but then again I'm not surprised I know many people who have free subs because of the first account management system mess up anyways so not like that was tested thoroughly either.

Let's just admit the truth here. TERA's political system is complete trash. There isn't really much of a reward for own a town in the state it is in. People knew this exploit would happen with GvG. Then nothing is more moronic than what En Masse was thinking allowing it to happen on a PVE sever. PVPing for Vanarch on a PVE server NO place. The Aion rejects at their finest ladies and gentlemen. They take their time on decisions while things just get worse and worse instead of taking actions right away.

EME just needs to take out the political system all together. It doesn't work and will never work. If they really didn't think there was going to be trading of kills and other exploits they are crazy. EME needs to come out and explain what they are going to do. And really if its not taking an axe to the whole systems and try to fix it they are even more stupid then the GMs they have. EME is only making things worse for itself.

It's the weekend. How many among those present in this thread are answering crises at their jobs during the past two days? Probably many of the posters here were either playing a game or trolling forums. While the necessary people to consult this issue and give an official response were out with their families, maybe a different city, etc.

This is not General Hospital, it's a video game, stop trying these things as if they were your life and would collapse. They'll come back to day and adress the topic and that's that. Gosh the forum community is absurdly bad. You're making SWTOR look educated by comparison. It's a blessing that those actually logged in the game and playing are barely or rarely represented by the smacktardery of these type of threads.

Oh, let's not forget. most every single TOS I've ever read contains a clause of : Trying to impersonate or misrepresent official EME personnel is a bannable offense. People have been talking about someone telling them that some GM told them "shut up", that the person who told them saw a picture, that the picture the person saw said clearly the GM was banning spammers for spamming. . . .

You do realize that, that image is photoshoped right? You can see the pixelation around the letters of where the statement was pasted in and the fact that its cut out of the game. If it was real, they should showed where it also said that in the chat box. Dont buy in this BS and somebody just trying to start trouble.


You do know how picture quality works right? Would have been better if the person was taking the picture at 100% quality/png tho.

This is easily the best news i've heard in awhile.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching you guys get chat banned / suspended / "Banned" even though I don't think any one here actually got truely banned.

I think the community and it's players will be much better off once they get rid of you people. I say that with the up-most sincerity.

The LFG chat is not for what you people use it for. The simple fact is most of you people disgust me with your racism and your idiotic comments on the forum and or in the game.
