That's one thing that Rift has been good at delaying, by releasing updates frequently. But any new MMO has to basically catch up to the others that are currently popular and have years of content. TERA however doesn't have that disadvantage, since it's just a translated version with slightly less content than the original.

I see what you're saying but think about it. If Tera came to NA one or two years ago it could have been "the mmo to beat" and extremely popular. But this is 2012, The amount of MMO competition this year is absolutely unbelievable.

Yeah I do lol GW2 sucks,

Diablo 3 is going to be released 5 years late and still not complete. No pvp The UI has no wiggle room at all you can barely freaking customize anything... You can't bind key's... The graphics (sure they wanted to keep a D2 feel but come on it sucks they had 10 years to create D3 and it's a load of [filtered])

Blade and soul.... Like i said i'm 99% sure it wont release at all this year....

So yeah the only game that comes even remotely close to what would appeal to Tera fan's is

Cabal 2 but again it's way to early for that game if it releases this year it will fail because it's not done yet.

Not only are these not half of the major mmos being released this year, the ones that you've heard of you don't know much about.

GW2 - I can immediately see from you comparing it to GW1 that you have no idea what you're talking about here.. probably haven't seen a single thing about it and just saying it sucks to be cool with the tera crowd.


D3 - 5 years late? When was it ever supposed to be released 5 years ago? The lack of pvp is going to be a problem but this game will still have an insane amount of sales. Not that i believe it deserves them, but it will still be really successful.

B&S - Seems pretty fun and has some pretty cool features but based on the beta reviews they have alot of work to do.

Cabal 2 is probably pretty far away.

But again there are many that you're missing.

Actually There are many i'm completely ignoring and won't even touch base on. Like Kingdom under Fire 2 and everything else.

and no i'm not hating on GW2 because of GW1 it's absolutely horrible. Everything about it is horrible.

Also DIablo3 sure it will get sales but that doesn't make it good. I have a beta account that I haven't touched in months but played all classes to lvl 13 it's god damn horrible.

Did you go to PAX this year and see GW2 at all? have you seen the Youtube Videos of why it sucks lol? Its pretty freaking bad.

Ah really? Horrible? please give me a single reason why that you can back up. I would love to find out why somebody that has researched the game hates it, So far there hasn't been such a thing.
