How is it possible to ninja loot? Did some lancer steal your heavy armor?
1) This will probably be deleted because it's not allowed.
2) Without listing the person's server, this list is useless. And pretty unfair to the Alicia's that aren't ninja looters.

This OP is so wrong on so many levels my mind is shutting sown. Thread should be deleted, not even locked and someone reminded that making personal allegations and calling people by name (not even establishing the server LOL) is just not right peeriod.

I've seen other people's answer in the forums is "let the people police what's going on" which is complete and utter BS.
When you are in the thick of an instance of bandaging up etc, you don't expect som D-bag to change setting and steal stuff...sorry but you don't.
An for you trolls who say , "well just do it with your guild" I say sometimes you don't have enough guildies on when you want to run an instance.
The game can FLAG people by marking them red when they have infamy. Why can't the game BAN people from joining dungeons if they get in game complaints. To those who say this can be abused...there WILL be a log of who reported and if wrongly kept from dungeons, they can bring it up with chat support who should be able to bring up the log.
and as for Menst.....I believe at least 3 of those people on this list are him

Closing this thread. While you may personally keep a black list of people you don't want to play with (I know I do..), calling them out on the forum is against the rules.
