Regarding the removal of features such as pets, boxes of mischief, and eggs, I feel that tweaking them instead would have been a better option. They add a sort of flavor to the game, however small (or large depending on the opinion). I understand that certain aspects of this content weren't considered suitable for NA TERA. As of now I don't think their removal has had a major negative impact on the game or opinions of the TERA community as a whole. Certainly I'm rather disappointed at losing these features, but this obviously isn't going to affect my overall playing experience too much. I've seen several suggestions on the forums for keeping these items in game.
Boxes of mischief - Sold from vendors or even perhaps kept as drops, but only the crystal morphing versions.
Pets - Restricted areas. Perhaps a Bazaar like feature from EQ in the Velika outskirts or other specific designated areas near or in towns.
Eggs - Simply change what items you'll be getting from the them. Maybe even add very rare items for cosmetic changes with extremely low drop rates.
I feel they had potential, but what I'm worried about here is a continuation of content cutting. As long as NA TERA doesn't become a butchered version of the original I'll remain relatively happy. As for future content, I'd really like to see removal as a last resort for things that are obviously totally game breaking and unfix-able.
