I called EME customer support this morning because my game time still was not applied and the system was trying to bill me again. There was no automated system that wanted me to push 1 or 2 or 3 etc, I spoke to a rep in less than 2 minutes. While I was talking to the CSR my cell dropped the call. The rep called me back to continue assisting me. My cell dropped the call again and I reset it. I called later from work and was talking to a rep in less than 2 minutes again. I again was treated excellently and the rep escalated my issue. I get home and check email on lunch and there's a message from the first rep telling me he was unable to recontact me and that he escalated my issue and put game credit so I can continue to play until my 30 days of game time shows up on my acct.
While my issue was not resolved this is the best customer service I have ever received over the phone. If you're still having sub issues I suggest calling if you can.
