I don't know what counts as buff or not but if the 50% cd reduction in the LFD tool was not removed then it was pointless to remove anything else.
People complained about the 50% reduction above anything else, followed by the items and the buffs.... nobody cared about those.
They did not even have to remove anything at all. All they had to do was allow everyone access to the same benefits, that way you're not forcing guild to go in groups of 4 instead of 5.

I'd rather have 1/2 CD on dungeons anyways. 1 hour CDs are lame for low level stuff. I don't care if they reduce the CD for same server groups to 30 minutes... as long as there's no 1 hour lock outs.

Honestly it makes no sense to me that full 5 man groups can't queue with the LFD tool. Why are 5 man groups restricted from using a feature?

You actually start getting expensive enhancement powders at higher levels from the rewards. Some of those powders sell for 90g on the KTera servers.
