This isn't greedy, this is adapting to the income of people. If you earn 10 000 dollars a month in America, or you earn 10 000 euro in Europe, you still pay the same % for the game. Sure, nobody in a richer country would complain if they were paying according to the poorest country. But sometimes we don't have such a wonderful situation.


This is a situation that EU countries have been living with since we changed to the Euro currency 12 years ago. Sadly, it hurts the poorer countries on the euro zone as the prices aren't adapted to their rent per capita.

Although I'm not happy with having to pay more, it's actualy pretty common... sadly.

One thing is true though: Frogster isn't doing good multi-month subscription discounts.

It's quite ridiculous how many Europeans are hopping on the US bandwagon without having any first hand experience themselves. While there are _some_ genuine complaints over forum feedback response time, Frogster is in a very similar position to EME regarding the launch of their first big title.

Threads like this unnecessarily put the cat amongst the pigeons.

Frogster has to wait for information, and then get it translated, or else the non-English speakers will complain. I'm just going by what I heard here about Frogster communicating better than EME.

As far as the website goes, their forums are better than ours, and EME doesn't have subscription management working yet.

#5 Frosger are a cheap asian f2p hosting company that has no experiance and will to run a AAA MMO like tera, nor does it deserve to due to the above reasons.


Frogster is German and this is EME's first rodeo, too.


Due to the Epic British Empire most of the world and europe can speak english, so fine fair enough they have to translate to the french and germans but why not do english first ? why must 90% of the english speaking world wait for french and germans translations ? why not put english up straight away so all can view and then add others at a later date ? No excuse its just a fob off excuse to give to us...

America are a lot better at customer service then Europe, when i was doing my travel and tourism course i found this, american companys want to keep their customers happy and will go out their way to do so, in europe they fob you off and take the pi, also may i add THANK GOD i can speak to a non asian/indian bearly speaking english customer support...

I'm from the UK as well and I've spoken to hundreds of customer service reps from English, American and International companies - there is no WAY you can categorically state that any one are better at customer support.

This is pretty much the point I've been trying to make.

Wanting to play on the US servers is great, it's your own choice and if what you get outweights what you lose, then more power to you. But generalized broad statements trying to justify your choice as the only logicaly correct choice is not only unnecesary but wrong.

Yes EA are bad but generaly America has better CS for example Enmasse has live chat and helpfull staff, 10x better then anything frogster have given me, same with lotro pre merge, wow, Swtor, nearly all games have better american customer service, websites are better. so my claims are correct, because your a fu frogster fanboi tryign to defend their honor well i dotn really care, the facts are there and if you choose to ignore them fine. my points are just for this game as 9/10 peopel if not mroe agree that frogster is pi poor...

I'm not a Frogster fanboy - I've had no dealings with them before, good nor bad. I played the EU CBT4 and it was fine. I got my key within a few hours, download was fast and I had no server issues.

The facts ARE NOT there and if to want to try and prove anything to me or to anyone else who you want to believe your ignorant slander then kindly provide sources. Also, do not assume that you represent the majority. 9/10 people? Really? From where did you pull that?
