This is a situation that EU countries have been living with since we changed to the Euro currency 12 years ago. Sadly, it hurts the poorer countries on the euro zone as the prices aren't adapted to their rent per capita.
Although I'm not happy with having to pay more, it's actualy pretty common... sadly.
One thing is true though: Frogster isn't doing good multi-month subscription discounts.

This isn't greedy, this is adapting to the income of people. If you earn 10 000 dollars a month in America, or you earn 10 000 euro in Europe, you still pay the same % for the game. Sure, nobody in a richer country would complain if they were paying according to the poorest country. But sometimes we don't have such a wonderful situation.
