I was just in BT and this is what happened.

We just arrived at the area where the green Kuma boss reside, but 2 party members were still in the maze. We waited for about a min. Then they appeared with a bunch of maze monsters behind them, and they ran around the room, aggroing all the tree monsters. Then they ran toward me(a lancer) expecting me to save their azz. I used my chained leash, shout, then block. Nobody was attacking the monsters that I was blocking, because the party was in disarray. There were monsters all over the place. There were so many monsters attacking my shield that my MP depleted within a few seconds. I was killed along with the a-hole that brought all those monsters, then he had the nerve to say ''wow you can't handle that''. Pissed me the **** off. I believe he did that on purpose, making it as difficult as possible for me and getting me killed.

I quit this group after this happened, then a random player(obv friend of the a-hole) messaged me and told me that I'm a ''fail tank''. I believe I was trolled by ppl who held grudges against me. I run BT before without a problem.

Yo, you're supposed to know every last tactic that every group of people uses for every encounter without them ever using party chat.

It makes sense you'd die, they are just some trolls, ignore them.

coulda been worse (considering the trolls in the game). Be prepared for more things similar to this to happen.

If your MP gets depleted by the monsters attacks with block, you got trolled :)

Some players just do dumb stuff. Sounds like they thought they'd try to be impressive, and failed at it, then just pinned the blame on you rather than admit that their idea was bad. I've had that happen a couple times, on various classes I play.

CR - Lancer goes into barrel room, wanders around not attacking anything. Was pretty clear they didn't know what to do. They then ran off to the very last mob in the room, the prelate, and attacked it. For anyone who doesn't know, this aggros the entire room, with full-health skellies from all barrels. We pretty much instantly all died. He then just left the group.

SM - Had a tank who didn't seem to know what was going on, wouldn't answer how/where he was tanking the last boss, except to laugh at us for trying to make things complicated. Summoned boss before anyone was ready and tanked him right there. He didn't even attempt leashing to prevent adds, he and another melee died to them when he tried to tank all of them and the boss. He said the healer sucked, everyone in the group laughed at him because they knew better, and we left him.
