So, when can we set up our subscriptions?

You keep advertising this "Pre-launch Inaugural Pricing":

..but every time I try access the "manage subscriptions" button in my account overview, it toggles to "Coming Soon". In order to get the discounts we're supposed to set this up before May 1st, which is roughly a week away.

I'm aware that digital purchases from the En Masse store have to choose a subscription plan in order to complete their purchase, but what about those of us purchasing retail boxes who haven't had the opportunity to lock down a subscription price yet?

I would also like an answer to this, and also when will the physical collectors edition copies be shipped out? In my opinion like all other mmos they will wait till the last minute to allow us to create our subscriptions so probably head start event ( April 28th ) in hopes that many people forget or just plain don't know,so they can not get the discount on one of the plans, this seems to me to be very obvious did you think we were all retards EnM?!

I asked EME about this about a month ago and at the time they said shortly before but... It is now kind of shortly before.

Yeah, I'm a bit worried at this point. TERA? En Masse, shut up and take my money already!

Support told me we would be able to change it come launch day & those of us who already pre-ordered the game would still be able to select the discounted pricing tier awhile ago.

I would expect to see it before Saturday's Headstart. Most game companies want full subscription information before they let people play the launch version. And I'm hoping there is a grace period after official launch on the 1st since many physical pre-orders are shipping and won't be in players hands right at launch.

I asked Scapes about this a week or so ago and he suggested I contact customer support. When I did so, I was advised we would soon be able to change it on the website. I don't mind that it is taking time to get the system in place, but we were told those prices were only good until the 30th. I want to make sure I have a chance to take advantage. My belief is that they will make it right, even if that means extending the deadline.
