Does Tera support SLI/Crossfire?

I've googled and found about 2-3 topic with conflicting replies (users saying it does, and users saying that there is no noticeable difference on the korean servers). Does Tera actually support SLI? I purchased another GTX 460 yesterday and it'd be a waste if it didn't.

Err...what do you mean support SLI/CFX, having SLI or CFX just greatly improves your graphics capabilities. TERA is not Battlefield 3 where its so graphics intense that you'll get like 20-30 fps @ 1920x1080 with a GTX 460.

I'm running a GTX 260 and I get constant 50-60 fps @ TERA's graphics setting batch 5 (it has 1-6 btw) when I played the Japanese beta.

TERA Online uses the Unreal 3 engine. According to the Wikipedia, the unreal 3 engine is more forgiving than the other game engines out there. Like what Fysik said, this isn't BF3 where the engine requires some ungodly PC to play 60fps+ @ 1920x1080.

SLI/CFX will help run your game smoother. Its not as strange as the first few SLI configurations back when Nvidia had the 7800 GTX cards... /facepalm

Didn't know that. All I know is it was impossible to play Aion on high without my FPS dropping a ton. Anyways, Tera was the main (but not only) reason I wanted to get another card, so it's nice to know that it's supported.

TERA Korea does not benefit from Crossfire. It works but your fps isn't better (uses only one card).

En Masse has said TERA NA would at launch.
I am going to test tomorrow if this is true for closed betas.

For the price of GTX 570 you can get performance which beats GTX 580 to dust if you crossfire HD 6870's... Yeah what a waste of money.

Btw most games these days support SLI/Crossfire by default and gives huge increase in performance.

Translation: For most uses, one powerful card is usually better than two mid-level cards for most gamers but buying one card now and a similar card later, as your hardware ages, is a good way to retain the value of your initial investment rather than selling your $300 card on Craigslist for $50 used and buying another midlevel card.
