So I had a day off and decided to farm lvl 60 mobs at night. Was talking to my friend over vent and farming these mobs. It got late, I just logged out and went to bed.

Wake up the next morning to find "user authentication failed", looked at my account, "account permanent banned."

After numerous calls and live support chats, they still wouldnt give me a reason why my account is banned. No notification via email, no verbal or written warnings, nothing.

Finally after my 4th call to en masse. The GM said, my account is noted for suspicion of 'macroing'. Been over 36hours since I first contacted them, the investigating GM is yet to contact me.

My warning to everyone, They will ban you if they even suspect you. This isn't like WoW, when somone accuses you a GM comes there and makes sure through you are responsive and not just botting/macroing. If they see you farming hard, They will ban you, even on suspicion.

Farm in caution my friends

wow really? they make it so you have to hardcore grind [filtered] to get anywhere and then you get banned for doing it..... this game is turning out to be a big pile of [filtered]...... so much potential being ruined.

Is this the WHOLE truth? I have been seeing these posts recently and I am a little bit cautious to log on these days. There are some GMs that I do not like at all and I will not allow them to CONTROL me in game. I will be sending them a written letter if they do this to me. I have gotten a warning before because of my chat content, which was NOT inappropriate.

In these cases, there's always details being left out that GMs of course have. That's not to say mistakes don't happen (even Blizzard makes mistakes), and I'm positive that EME is not above reproach. However, I'd like to give EME the benefit of the doubt here and assume that they had considerable cause before issuing a permanent ban.

Even gold farmers can come up with logical stories to scare others with. Not to say you're a gold farmer, but it wouldn't be the first time.

Without EME response (which is incredibly unlikely), I'd strongly advise you guys take this with a grain of salt.

GMs should be able to distinguish between ASIANS ( ! ) and real bots...

If they can't, I'm pretty sure they are gonna lose half of their community.
