Don't let controller users queue for LFD

Sick of playing with these mentally challenged controller users.
They should not be allowed to queue for instance matching at level 60 if using a controller.

I'm sure with enough tweaking of the controls, the right class and enough practice, a controller user can be proficient enough to succeed in TERA. I sure as hell would never use it over mouse & keyboard controls though. Tried it for about 15 minutes and it just seemed clumsy as all get out.

I disagree.
A player who strives to be good and not a liability to his group would never use a controller in the first place.

The only downside to a controller is aiming. Frankly if you have trouble aiming at stuff in this game using a forklift as a controller a mouse isn't gonna do much for you.

Yeah there are far too many interactions in successful group play for a controller to be a viable option.

Maybe if you are grinding rep mobs for hours and have nothing important or complicated to do, sit back, relax and use a controller.

I use a controller because, guess what, only being able to throw any kind of spell into my screen counts as annoying. I want to throw spells directly forward my character if he's facing at an angle away from my view, not have him turn and throw into screen every time.

I don't see what's so amazingly difficult about using a controller that it somehow affects people during group play.

And there are too many interactions in successful group play for a controller to be viable? What?

I can fit EVERY one, repeat EVERY ONE of my spells on the controller, because of the shoulder button flipping. OK, there's maybe a couple missed off, I just have them linked to others. And there's still nothing stopping me occassionally hitting the keyboard, it's right under my fingers.

What is your beef? Is this some retarded console vs PC gamer drivel?

I'll throw another bone at you, I play on a Mac. And I think this game should have been on a console (pick one, picxk any one, I don't care), it would have made it play a lot more smoothly without this cackhanded UI frame rate issue.

FPS games separate PC and console multiplayer because console players are terrible. Console players are terrible in part because the interface mechanism (the controller) is terrible for accuracy and precision, relative to the KB+M.

You sound like a terrible player.
