So having a great time, blown away by the game, but i was wondering when the dungeons start..which level that is. Do you need a quest for them, ill take any info any knows about dungeons lay it on me.

I believe it's level 20 for the first real dungeon. There is the small dungeon around level 11, the quest sais take 5 people, but it's easily soloable.
