I found a Specialty vendor in Kaiator, but all he had was fireworks.

People not be able to enchant their endgame gear above +6 is a big deal. Now some people will just quit playing until the vendors are back. That's exactly what a new game needs, people not playing.


I wish people would stop saying this... The gear we are obtaining right now is NOT end game gear. It is just level 60 gold dungeon gear.

Why have elections at all if they can't effect the environment we are playing in?

Not exactly. You forgot all the features castrated out of the game, that play vital role in complementing / workarounding vanarchs and election periods.
