The whole point of taking out the shops is to make people WANT them to come back. So they have to vote for people to do their job at getting them back in the area. Better get used it, because they are gonna disappear often. Or not be there at all when those vanarchs dont hire them back when they are ruling.

You seem to be missing the point that we CANNOT vote for anyone to bring them back. In fact, we won't be able to vote until almost two weeks from now. And after we've waited a whole week for everyone else to vote, that's when we can finally worry about Vanarchs removing them. Until then, it's another end game feature that's just been removed.

Let's just call it incentive to do your research on the vanarchs so you'll make sure you're going to be voting for the ones who will turn the specialty shops on.

Politics don't start when you vote, politics start now.

Point is, people who SAW the patch notes, can abuse selling crap, the other problem is large guilds will get to exploit the vanarch system anyway.

Got one level to 60, but now gave me a reason to buy D3, thanks EME.
So the fact that it's a campaign game you beat and toss to the side to rust wasn't enough to make you buy the game?

We are not going to be able to train our skills for 2 weeks?

I can't believe people are crying over this (well, ok... yes I can).

For the next two weeks, farm gold and gear to use as +7 - +9 enchants. When the stores come back you'll be all ready to enchant the crap out of your gear. I can't see quitting for two weeks when you can spend that time accumulating the stuff you'll need to enchant. That's just dumb.

I think we can survive two weeks without specialty stores. The world WILL go on.

Its funny. Because they explained this in the politcal system yet, no one pays attention or researches ANYTHING before getting into a game then all they do is [filtered] and complain when the game is being played as it should.

Bring back specialty venders and turn the brokers back. Getting sick of heading all the way to a big city to check broker.

Annoying as hell.

I'm feeling bad for EME. They give us a taste of the extra things vanarchs can do and people starts crying when it's taken away so they can implement how it's suppose to work...

IMO don't give us any perks in the future and people can stop crying and just play the game... It's really not the end of the world (game) just because the specialty vendor is gone, or that you have to go back to the city to skill up... It was suppose to have been that way anyways... They're just fixing the game...

So Vanarch's pretty much will control the game. Interesting... you know this game kind of reminds me of "The World" not the world we live in but "The World" from .hack where the players controlled a lot of what went on in the game even the execution (banning) of players publicly. That's pretty cool I guess but,
can we overthrow and kill Vanarch's if we don't like them? Because of so I'm raising an Army and going Mongolian on this game.
