To begin with, I’d just like to clarify that I am NOT a member of Thirsty Gaming, though I do play on the same server as them. This is a link to their forum thread:

Regardless of how or why the guy raped the guild's bank, and whether they will or will not react to the situation, the responses from the EME Staff GMs (in particular Wookee) are absolutely DISGUSTING. Like, beyond disgraceful. His flippant remarks and general attitude of "lol - I've spoken [filtered]; who do you think you are? I'm a GM, buddy!" wreaks of arrogance and is just saturated with poor customer service skills.

People like that should NOT be in a position of power, especially one which deals with customer facing responsibilities. If somebody at my company spoke to one of our clients like that, they'd get sacked, instantly. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, just straight out the door with a bootprint on their arse.

I think En Masse owe some sort of explanation for the actions and the appaulling way in which this matter was handled to, and more importantly, the way Garbuk was spoken to.

Maybe EME GMs know they won't have jobs much longer, and that is reflected in their attitude. This game does have a lot of problems, and EME has been arrogant toward the community, by not even acknowledging that there are issues.

Sorry but if you get you guild Bank raped by another player in the guild, then this is a Player Matter and Nothing to do with the GMs...

Working as intended...

Alot of online Games have the same Policy... if a player steals from the Guild Bank, then this is a PLAYER MATTER and NOT A GM MATTER


You just have to live with it and Learn from it...


And this Policy should never change....

^ Did you even read my post? Look at the screenshots. Like I said, regardless of who's to blame for the GBank incident, LOOK at the atrocious manner in which the GMs spoke to him.

Holy [filtered]. Do you people even bother to READ?

A) I am NOT in Thirsty Gaming, as I already stated.

B) My point is not whether it's a player or GM matter, it's the WAY in which they spoke to him.

I guess if the community are this [filtered] ignorant then it doesn't matter how rude, arrogant and flippant the EME staff are towards you, since most of you won't even [filtered] notice.

The only thing that bothered me about their conversation was the hacked account stuff, if an account gets hacked and a level 60 (or worse, multiple 60s) get deleted that should be reason enough to restore. Why wouldn't a player quite the game at that point?

As for the situation at hand, unless you can somehow prove that the thief's account was hacked... I'm on the side of leaving it be.

P.S. The second GM was being kind of obnoxious, but the first one seemed perfectly polite about the matter. He couldn't do anything and he stated as such with out coming off as an [filtered] hole.

The Customer Support is outsourced, it's not really a surprise. They are useless, and I am beginning to lose faith that EME will ever grow past TERA. I left [filtered] F2P games to avoid this kind of service, kind of regretting it

Yes I saw it all...

This is a STANDARD GM RESPONSE TO THESE PLAYER MATTERS... There is NOTHING they can do...


You have to Trust who you let into yout Guild Bank... even then they can still betray you in the long run

So you just never know... Like I posted in the other Topic below...

I saw a guild build up on WoW over a year, they did alot of stuff and build up alot of Money and items ect... then one day the guild master Kicked everyone from Guild and sold the guild to a Horde Player for over 380 million

There is nothing anyone can do, and nothing the GMs can do

Again this is a Player Matter and nothing to do with GMs, it is out of the GMs hands


These PLAYER MATTERS havent just happened with Terra Online, I could list quite a few that have had Issues with Players Stealing From other players or Guild Banks ect...
