What about those of us who can't buy EMP? I'd really like that duck; my friend and I've been waiting since he was released months ago to hear about him coming to NA! But... I can't exactly buy EMP right now. I've got the annual Date of Aging next month, but I'm both A) not sure if the event will even go that long and B) unsure of how much I would have to buy to get Dafi (and asking for a lot of money is out of the question; I just can't do it, even for my birthday).

Someone did mention in another thread that it'd be cool if we could get the bills based on dailies and dungeon runs, etc, but I imagine that'd have to be run by BHS, right? If there any way I'd be able to get the bills to maybe have my ducky by the end of next month? I really want him for my Reaper. ;~;

100 Tickets = $40 worth of EMP.
250 Tickets = $100 worth of EMP.

Dafi costs 400 tickets. They already stated in the Kelsaik whine thread that they are thinking about other ways - one of which was EMP ticket bonus others were Dungeons, Battlegrounds, Events, Elite Bar/Box, etc.

Oh, boy. I'm definitely not willing to drop $100 for 250 bills. Thanks for your answer, Lunaus! c: Guess I'll just wait for the other means and throw myself at them after midterms next month.

if I don't go insane from studying or die from exhaustion afterwards

Yeah I don't think they're expecting people to buy EMP for the sole purpose of buying the bills (they would hope so though) it's just a bonus as they put in their News post.

Well of course not Lunaus. EMP buy's you a ton of goodies.
And it's nice to see the bills as a bonus reward.

Just stating the obvious. If you want one right now! This is what you must pay.

This "math" always drives me nuts, too. If people spend the "$160" to get the bills to get the mount, they still have the EMP to spend, unlike the regular mount (spend it and its gone).

I get what you're saying in the post above while I wrote this (and then edited), but yeah... putting them side by side like that is comparing apples and oranges.

I prefer Oranges myself.
But a Apple with Peanut Butter. O.M.G

But I'd still wait until other means become available.
Unless you can find someone willing to negotiate it for a decent price.

We should earn bills from how many days we have played on our account. For example 50 days played on a priest equals 250 bills earned. Something like that

I still thing they should do veteran rewards on their anni for those being with them for so many years.

Tier 1: Here Since Beta/P2P (2012)
Tier 2: P2P/F2P Transition (2013)
Tier 3: Everyone after the transition (2014)

Based on your tier you'd get certain limited time/exclusive items (exclusive/retired mounts, exclusive/retired costumes, boosts, etc) , if you were here longer you'd get better rewards obviously and as you move down in tier you take away some of the rewards still you get to a basic reward (loot boxes for some limited costumes, consumables, etc).

I know I might get some downvotes for this but I like this in other games and I think it's a good way to get old players to log back on just for the anni and to check out the game to see whats new. I always go back to see what goodies I get and I stick around to see how things have changed.
