I think That we are all Overlooking something that is right in front of us. And it seems to me that After taking our money they dont give a damn because it is effecting only half thier playerbase.

And after 14 Pages of people telling him it is not we have not heard a word from Anyone from EN MASSE Updating us on what is happening or to say look guys this is what we are going to do about it.
MEANWHILE We are recieving emails saying things like TERA HAS RELEASED IN EUROPE and WELCOME TO TERA ALL NEW PEOPLE.
I think that this is a lack of Bussiness sence you have a great product but stuffed up on your testing and Q & A when it came to the core focus , and because you are getting monney left right and centre from everyone trying to sescribe to your game you feel you dont have to update anyone on whats happening.
I Say to the person that Said in this post things are fixed you have alot of very angry people here and you will find that with you having the balls to post " look guys we muched up and due to this fact all accounts effected will recieve thier 30 days play as dictated in your payment agreement , and due to lack of comunication on our part please all also take an aditional 10 days play as a messure of good will."
En MASSEE I emplore you to Post regurding this issue the longer you leave us in the dark the more angry we will become and a little comunication with the facts will ease alot of minds and youll keep your player base.
BTW : Contacting support reguarding account issues Support has admited they cant fix the issue They place a Temp solution on (by extending your account 3 days game time) Then tell you to wait 2 days and the problem might be fixed.)
