I purchased the beta mini this morning $6.67 US, been about 13 + hours since I paid and got confirmation, however never received the key and cannot download anything yet?

It states when buying that it takes 2 hours plus or minus.

I e-mailed Frogster but wow there support is terrible as usual I used to play Runes of Magic and they ran that game into the ground. They forwarded me to a useless FAQ section to check my spam folders lol. I mean come on I am not that stupid.

Anyone else have any luck or what happened when you purchased it? Do they offer access to North America or do you have to lie about your location because I used USA and Florida as my info. since I thought it would not be a problem since I payed like everyone else.

Any help would be great, any way to start the download at least while I wait for there slow responses?

I didn't lie about my location and I used the same location you did ^^ It took over an hour to receive the key in my email though. And it takes forever to download the game and patch, just like the NA one. Now I'm waiting for 9am so I can play since the EU beta is only available from 3pm-midnight GMT+1 time >.<

It sucks that you haven't received it yet though, mine just appeared normally in my email =(

For what its worth i bought my pre order yesterday, got the code within the hour. I live in florida and used my real info

Its possible theyre not issuing the keys since the beta weekend started and may wait until after sunday. Howecer it does state you will get your info within a couple hours so it could be a bank issue.

Are you sure the charge went through?

If your EU Tera account and your PayPal account have different e-Mails, try to look through your PayPal mail. Maybe it is there. If not then good luck with the Froggster CS.
