But yeah, what Hestia said, even though hes "just a GM" giving out false information like that would put him in a bad situation job wise, they just just spout out what they feel or think, they go off official records or they will say, which they have in the past and you can even see it in the other thread, keep your eye on the news and announcements section for that information.

please read the OP, i am asking for official justification for this tool. that way i can decide, whether to invest my 60 euros into this game or not.

i am expressing my concerns about this tool and the possible ramifications from its implementation. whether you see this as inciting panic or not, is your problem. i do not care about what YOU think about me or the tool itself.

again, i am asking about OFFICIAL information about this tool and how it is going to work, because frankly, the initial announcement raises more questions than it answers.

@hestia:
i've been playing computer games and mmos long enough to know what company representative can and can not be trusted with "official" information, thank you very much.

i like the game at its core, but i don't like it to be ruined (in my opinion) with features which aren't really needed and only "spoil" the community and hand out loot and rewards without effort.

i am asking for clarification and justification on this matter so i can decide whether to invest my time, money and effort into this product. why is that so hard to understand?

it's not about someone purposefully giving out false information. it's about someone thinking that the information they are giving is correct, although it might not be correct/complete/verified.

I'm sorry, who are you again to demand official justification? Are you a member of the board? Are you a policy holder? Stock holder? A paying customer? No. Maybe you'd be better off ranting on the frogster forums where your opinion might matter a little more.

it's all about proper communication from EME (or lack thereof). leaves too much room for speculation.

Clearly you don't understand how a job like that works. They don't give out false information. It doesn't matter if they think its correct or not. Giving out false information is a PR nightmare especially about something like that. They will not give out information unless it is verified correct AND its verified that they are even allowed to say something about it. You can even give out real information on that job that is factual but if you weren't supposed to talk about it yet, sorry you're fired.

i am a potential customer trying to find more information about a product i am willing to invest my money into.

Look here's the way it is....

I'm normally against community killing things like this if you have checked out all the Keep the pet threads and the news thread for the pets I was very active same with the enchantment changes. This isn't really that much of a concern. It doesn't kill communitys from what I understand they don't make you port directly to the dungeon and they didn't add cross server. So this is a Wonderful thing. I WOULD SO MUCH RATHER have this than Cross server directly to dungeon LFG finders.

This doesn't kill communitys this is actually the best choice and is pretty FILTEREDINGLY awesome. Now everyone is happy. Wish you could have cross server port directly to dungeon well too bad how about this you can have some stuff that will save you money in the long run.
