I contacted Customer Service the other day via their Live Chat Support.....and needless to say, I was impressed. Not only do you guys have a Live Chat option, which Blizzard and most other companies fail to do, but the person I spoke with was helpful, and even cracked a couple jokes, making it seem like I was talking to a human being and not someone reading out of a troubleshooting text book.

Thanks En Masse, I complimented the guy that helped me as well for how helpful and nice he was, I appreciate stuff like that. Not only do you guys have a really awesome game on your hands (I haven't had this much fun in an MMO since....well, FFXI at launch), but your customer service is top notch, and you guys are really doing a lot to show people that they matter, that the customer matters, and that just makes people want to play your products that much more.

The combat system in this game is very skill based and fun. Thank you EME for making a great MMO. You have spoiled me and I will never go back to lame brain tab-targeting MMO's again.

Yup. En Masse - you guys rock. You have a presence on the forums, in news posts, on Twitter, that let's us see that, yes, you are human. And you guys still get the job done by helping out, keeping us updated, etc.

This game has brought me back to the MMO genre after a 4 year hiatus. Excellence on all fronts.
9 a.m. to 2 a.m..... haven't done that in an mmo in 7 years.

Couldn't agree more. This is an awesome game. It doesn't have the hype and marketing GW2 does, however it's the better game (I've played both) and people will steadily come as long as battlegrounds and end game (hopefully some raids) slowly turn up.

You keep building and building this great game and give people content, you guys and bluehole are going to be rich
