Honestly it shouldn't be difficult to roll back without hurting legitimate players. If you used the correct alkahest in your enchant, you wouldn't show up in the logs as doing anything wrong. If you were using the cheap alkahest all the way to +9, clearly you knew about the exploit and deserve the rollback.

THis right here, but of course you'll have the people who are too butthurt and demand an entire server reset.

They aren't affected by a couple of hours progress because they've had the same stuff already, anyone else would get screwed though, but as you saw, long as they aren't affected they don't care.

I wouldn't rollback the exploiters, instead just replace all their gear with white gear of the same rank. Even if they only used the exploit to enchant one piece to +7; they knew what they was doing is an exploit so they can deal with the punishment.
