Once again, Star Wars was young when a couple of exploits happened. They chose not to resolve the issue and rollback. They chose to fix the issue and move on. That will be the most expensive mistake they will ever make after what they paid to make that dead game.
Players are unforgiving. Without bans and a rollback, the pattern will be established that exploits are ok. The game will be dead and gone before it even got going.
Sad too, I love the game.
Ok let me put it this way. Yes TERA is still young, and there are a lot of people that will be effected by this and will be angry. So do you risk losing the people that are level 60 that are effect by this by not rolling back, or do you risk losing the players that aren't effect by this bug because they aren't 60 but will lose progress on their characters(some who aren't alts, some will be people leveling their first time), and they might quit over it.
It's a lose/lose situation.
