So I had an arguement yesterday saying someone with level 59 quest gear doesn't stand a chance versus someone with all +9 60 gear. The other person was saying gear doesn't make that much of a difference in pvp, and yet I have no trouble beating him in duels (and I suck at pvp right now mainly from not having any practice yet).

What are the community thoughts on this?

gear MATTERS... a +9 means you basically deal double or tripple than of the other person, and even more if you also have +9 defense gear... and the enchnat bonuses help a ton... especially attack speed.

Things that matter in Tera PvP:

1. Level
2. Gear
3. Friends (unless dueling)
