is this due to the login servers being to busy or my game client?

I keep getting the same thing over and over again.

I am in queue for VoT atm, so probably not :(

my account is "active" so it should currently have access. however, I'm still getting 8000:0001 kind of sad if I miss the head start waiting for a ticket response.

Guys, try to restart the launcher. Worked for me.

Exactly what Tuska said. If I've gotten this error while servers were up, it's because I needed to restart the launcher.

Often times it's been running in the background overnight and it just needs a "turn it off and on again" :)

I've restarted the launcher multiple times. something has to do with my account. My main account is already active. I tried a buddy code to see if it was the account and when I used a buddy code a new trial account appeared and I can launch the game with this one.However, I can't do it with my main account.
