Error: 0104:8000 Game time exhausted

This is a continuation of the previous thread due to this problem. Many people are having this problem, and hopefully we can get info relevant to the problem here, to help EME sort it out.

THE PROBLEM:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Getting disconnected every 2-3 minutes, from any character they get on, on their particular main server. After 2-3 minutes of playing the character, the game closes, and the launcher states:
Error: 0104:8000
Game time exhausted.
You will need to apply a subscription, or additional game time to continue playing.

WHAT WE KNOW:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- It only happens on servers that you had any characters on during or prior to 5/4.
- If you had characters on multiple servers prior to 5/4, it only seems to get this error on 1 server.
- Any new characters created on this server, also get this error.
- You can create a character on another server and play fine.
- You can transfer your characters onto another server and play fine.
- Transferring your character to another server, and then back to the original one 24 hours later, does not fix the problem. The character will begin to get disconnected every 2-3 minutes again.
- It is not specific to any 1 server. Eg. People with this problem on VoT can make characters on any other server and not get the error. People with this problem on JC can make characters on any other server including VoT, and not get the error.
- When you go into your account, and click the "Manage Subscription" button, most of the people having the problem have this listed:
Renewal Type: Automatic
Billing Cycle: Monthly
Subscription Renewal: 5/30/2012
Subscription Expiration: 5/30/2012
Subscription ID: XXXXXXXXX
Status: FreeTrial
And here is what happens if you press the "Manage Subscription" button on someone's account who is NOT having the problem:
Renewal Type: Automatic
Billing Cycle: Monthly
Subscription Renewal: 5/26/2012
Subscription Expiration: 5/31/2012
Subscription ID: XXXXXXXXXX
Status: Subscribed
OR
Subscription Details
No subscriptions found
- The "FreeTrial" status seems to be consistent on people having the problem, although there is a report of someone who has "Subscribed" status also getting this error..
- There is no way currently to cancel your subscription if you have quote 1, to try to match up to quote 2 or 3.

THINGS THAT MOST SEEM TO HAVE IN COMMON:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Most people, that are having this problem, claim to have pre-purchased 2 copies of the game, and ended up with 2 games on 1 account, having to have a GM take the 2nd account and manually move it to the correct account.
- Most people claim they bought their copies from EME.
- Most people, that are having this problem, state they had the prior problem with subscriptions, that stated "No Subscription Found" or had 0 days remaining or never had their free 30 days kick in properly, having to have a GM fix it.
- Most people from the previous issue, had 3 days added to their playtime, setting the expiration date to 5/4. Once 5/4 rolled around, the 24 days were added to their playtime, but also their problem with error 0104:8000 began.

Any relevant information posted here, I will add to the original post here. Let's help get this fixed as it has been going on since the evening of 5/4.

This is 100% on the money, especially the subscription information. I wonder what would happen if we just deleted our subscription, so that their would be no details found?

So what is the difference between 'FreeTrial' and 'Subscribed'? I subscribed, via Paypal. I have never been bill for this game. I assume I'll be billed on 5/26.

Nice collection of info! I'm about to transfer my alt back to my original server and see if that lets me play there. I'm going to do him first, and that way if it doesnt work I can continue playing my main lol.
