yeah all i have heard is they are working on it i got na email about 5 hours ago syaing thye are trying to fix it
Yep last update for me was early evening, hopefully with tomorrow being Monday and with an increased awareness of the problem, we'll see a fix! I plan to update my ticket in the afternoon and see if my nice GM will respond with an update if I don't hear anything beforehand.
Hope their fix fixes all the accounts having this problem automatically, instead of each person having the problem, having to sit in GM queue to let them know they need it applied to their account.
any update on this? 3 days not being able to play a game i bought is very annoying.
Im finally awake, and not a single update, matter of fact, they have still yet to even acknowledge the problem on any public source. They are so worried about business, they don't want players knowing that their is a bug, that they do not know how to fix, that stops players from playing.
Im getting really pissed off, we are all being worked right now, their are too few of us for them to care. They know their is nothing we can do about it, so we just sit here...we payed for something we didn't even receive XD
