Yep last update for me was early evening, hopefully with tomorrow being Monday and with an increased awareness of the problem, we'll see a fix! I plan to update my ticket in the afternoon and see if my nice GM will respond with an update if I don't hear anything beforehand.

Hope their fix fixes all the accounts having this problem automatically, instead of each person having the problem, having to sit in GM queue to let them know they need it applied to their account.

Im finally awake, and not a single update, matter of fact, they have still yet to even acknowledge the problem on any public source. They are so worried about business, they don't want players knowing that their is a bug, that they do not know how to fix, that stops players from playing.
Im getting really pissed off, we are all being worked right now, their are too few of us for them to care. They know their is nothing we can do about it, so we just sit here...we payed for something we didn't even receive XD

Look forward to it Wally, everyone in this thread has spent 4+ hours Talking to gms and feeding information and being lied to and mislead.
Nevermind the amount of time we spent in the que's just to try and help or even get acknowledgement.
We have been told half a dozen times within the past 18 hours. You have found the issue and suming up a fix. So which is it buddy?
How about you guys do something about the money we spent for a product we cant use.

I understand the frustration you guys are having dealing with with this issue. We work as fast as possible to get everybody in the game and to have no downtime. Sometimes these issues aren't an overnight fix, but we definitely work hard to make it be a overnight fix if at all feasible.
