What does this mean? I can play just fine yesterday, now the login screen is not even showing up. Anyone experiment this problem? How to fix?

I just bought the game and cant even play it because of this error. thanks for nothing en masse

I am also having the same problem, since I opened a ticket and so far nothing.

First it was my firewall; I have BitDefender and it is supposed to automatically switch into "Game Mode" but occasionally it fails and stays in the default "High Security" setting and the firewall blocks the Tera loader from connecting to the login server.

Also, I run PeerBlock when downloading torrents, and if I forget to disable it, it will also block the connection to the login server.

So I would suggest you double check your firewall/internet security settings to make sure "Tera-launcher.exe" is not being blocked by it or some other port protection program or router. You might want to add a security exception for the launcher in your firewall and router.

try running the game as an administrator.

I am not sure that it can be fixed at the moment, there are a lot of people with this problem. I haven't been able to start launcher for approx 35 minutes, still getting the same error codes, and the support resolutions for the error codes unfortunately don't work.
