So, since in my ignorance, I didn't realize that quests would become unavailable past a certain level, I've missed out on a plethora of quest related achievements. I'm wanting to see if it is even plausible to map out completion of them, in at least the first 30 levels, since exp scaling ramps up sufficiently enough shortly after that I don't forsee it being a concern.

Has anyone else looked into this any or will I need to do most of the research on my own as to how higher levels receive exp in lower level areas?

As I'm looking into it more, it almost seems like it is impossible to currently obtain all quest related achievements.....will need to do the math and find exp required to each level.

I think it might be possible if all the kills obey the 6 level rule (drops for 6 levels above) and you wait on turn ins.

It according to someone to did all the order quests was basically impossible for the 2-3 orders achievements since

1. You simply end up with too much xp (not sure if they maxed level on kills though they did all elites in parties)

2. The 6 level rule does not always work.

Yeah, just did some math and calculated, even if you somehow managed to get no kill exp, you'd outlevel quests somewhere in Arcadia. Get Marathoner title, but miss some others.

Guess I'll just have to wait for a fix to the issue.

I believe it is only repeatable quests that become unavailable. I have returned to areas that are much below my level and quests I skipped are still there for me to do.
