Yeah I purchased the collector's edition and I never cancelled anything. I get teh same error except it says Collectors Edition

Same here, seems all box orders are now locked out untill we get them.
Mine says I only have 1 day remaining.
Same with my account, it says "Subscription not found or has expired" and when I try accessing the subscription page it sends me to the TERA -Temporary unavailable page...
