I'm going to be quite put off if I can't get my collectors edition items as well. For posterity's sake, I made some screenshots of my before and after:

is it being solved from ppl sending in tickets also or live chat is the only way?

Perhaps, consider moving more people over to deal with the account/sub issue? Not everyone of course, but a few more to move things along faster, because, as we know, the faster you get everyone off the forums and into the game, the faster they will forgive EME for this circus sideshow (yes, I include myself in that statement).

I'm pissy, but that's only because I foolishly skipped work with no pay (again, FOOLISHLY)... Now if I could play, cool... But a day off without pay for me is $150. That makes me super pissy, but I guess I have only myself to blame for that.

But I will devolve into the 75% here and [filtered] and moan because I really wanted something out of losing that money :(

Well on the bright side look at it this way. If all the whiny little wankers keep crying and Rage Quitting then at least the server population will be better. Honestly if your completely crying about the server issues, maintenance problems, and this subscription issue, do everyone a favor and don't subscribe and chuck your computer out the window. quit whining you silly little kids, crap happens and nothing is perfect either get over it and shut your mouths or go do something constructive with your time.

nope i am having issues, i just dont cry about it. No game, especially an MMO, will ever be perfect without issues. if you people cry over something as insignificant as this i hate to see what the rest of your life is like.

Nope not mad. nothing to be mad over, just sad that most of the little kids here feel that these issues are such a problem to their life that they feel as if there lives are over. seriously its better to quit rage whining and do something constructive, go play another game while you wait, go walk the dog, do your homework or something.

I'm (trying to) keep a level head about this whole situation, but I'm really bored. I'm affected a less than others because I don't care about the Prime title and I woke up in the middle of the second maintenance extension anyways.

But I do know people who had a strong shot at Prime titles for their respective server, and who went through lengths to wake up before 7 AM to rush through the door. My heart goes out to them, and I hope EME considers all those hurt by these many issues (instead of just turning a deaf ear to us subscriptionless-ers and focusing on the servers).


...After all, who cares about the people who got into the game? They got to go to Allamantheia on their white lions, which is much more than any of us get...
